After spending a fair bit of time in Italy over the years, I thought I had it fairly well figured out. Amazing food, wine, architecture, history. Of course. It's Italy! Then one summer I found myself in this incredibly wild, raw and honest place, enjoying some of the most fantastic food I'd ever had in the Bel Paese. Here, time is merely a vague reference and traditions have held fast for centuries. There is some kind of magic in the soil and sun, reflected in the warm, down-to-earth people.
I am thrilled to offer intimate 'farm-to-table' journeys into the heart of Puglia. Featuring carefully curated tastings at wineries and olive oil producers, visits to historic sites and full immersion into the locally sourced, slow food culture that is the heartbeat of the south, our experiences are for small groups of 8-10 people.
